Cheyney University Browne Hall
Project Type

Browne Hall, a historically significant building prominently located on Cheyney University’s historic quadrangle, was built in 1938.

This renovation project addresses exterior deterioration and will reconfigure the existing plan to provide ADA accessible open and private office spaces for university employees.

KMA is leading the project. The scope of work includes architectural, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical upgrades and repairs. Special telecom and data work includes a new fiber optic junction and upgrades of an existing data demarcation system.

Browne Hall is adjacent to New Residence Hall, a project that KMA was responsible for as associated architect with RMJM.
